Our vision is to honor and reclaim the legacy of Hip ​Hop, expressed as a powerful intervention of self-​help and personal development, birthed from the ​resilience and creativity within urban communities.
Rhythms of Healing Wellness Cypher is an innovative 13-week ​intensive program designed to harmonize the ​elements of hip hop culture, meditation, and ​wellness practices into a transformative healing ​experience.
This unique program looks at mental health and ​wellness through the universal language of music ​and the introspective art of meditation, fostering a ​holistic approach to well-being and personal ​growth. The 13-week intensive program will be ​available starting summer 2025

ROH:The Community C.A.R.E Program; is a 4 part series workshop. This program ​is optimal for community organizations, various ​workplace environments or university campuses.
