The holidays can be a time of joy, connection, and reflection—but they can also bring stress, loneliness, and overcommitment. Here are some practical tips to stay balanced:
Set Boundaries: Give yourself permission to say “no” to activities that overwhelm you. Protect your time and energy.
Practice Gratitude: Reflect on the positives in your life and express appreciation to loved ones. This can be done silently while in a quiet space or create a gratitude journal and write a short list of what you are grateful for each day.
